Gerald T. Hart Outstanding Tax Attorney of the Year Award

Each year the Tax Section selects an individual who has made major contributions to the advancement of the practice of Tax Law and who exemplifies the highest standards of competence and integrity. The Executive Council voted during its 1992 Annual Meeting to change the title of this award to the “Gerald T. Hart Outstanding Tax Attorney Award” to honor the memory of his significant contributions to the Section and to The Florida Bar. Past recipients include:
